At Techwyzo, we strive to deliver the best services and products to our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds Are Applicable

  • Service was not delivered as promised.
  • Technical issues that could not be resolved within the stipulated time.
  • Service cancellation initiated within 7 days of payment and prior to the start of the project.

Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Completed services where the client has provided final approval.
  • Delays caused due to client-side inaction or lack of communication.
  • Services explicitly marked as non-refundable, such as domain registrations and hosting.
  • If the under processed work is cancelled or degraded by the client itself, 30% of the amount will be deducted as service charge.

Refund Request Process

  • To initiate a refund, email us at support@techwyzo.in with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Additional Notes

  • Techwyzo reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
  • For any disputes, our team will work to find a fair resolution.
